Mrs. Angela Sutphin is a native of Roanoke and now resides in Salem. She graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She is a licensed minister and is working toward Ordination as an Elder through the Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Sutphin has homeschooled her children for 10 years, taught various Science classes in homeschool Co-ops, and has led the Caravan class (K-6th children’s discipleship class) for 11 years at Living Well Church of the Nazarene.
She and her husband will have been married for 20 years this year. Her three sons attend KCA and are in 12th, 8th, and 5th grade. Her family has a call on their lives to open a solely church supported children’s home located on a farm-like setting where she will exercise her personal call to teach Creation.
Mrs. Sutphin enjoys teaching VBS, fishing, jewelry making, cheering for her boys in basketball, and playing games. She loves learning more about God, and experiencing how God reveals Himself in Creation. Her favorite verses come from the book of Psalms 91:1-2.
